CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may change this policy by uploading a revised policy onto the website.  The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised policy.

Change of mind

We accept returns on the basis of “change of mind” within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit of the original purchase price.

Please note the following:

  • Engraved, Discounted, Factory seconds, or Sample items are final and cannot be returned or returned on the basis of change of mind.
  • Damaged goods will not be accepted
  • Returned items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging
  • Returned items must be in their original flat un-assembled state. Products which have either been partially or fully folded, and/or assembled in any manner will not be accepted.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months.
  • Store credit which is used to purchase an alternative product is considered final and cannot be returned on the basis of change of mind.

To initiate a change of mind claim, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email returns@made-evident.com. Please include in your request your order number.
  2. Follow steps provided in the responding email.

Faulty goods

We provide a 1 year warranty on all products from the original purchase date. If you believe your product is faulty, you can request a warranty claim.

Please note the following:

  • Warranty claims are on a case by case basis
  • We will request further information describing the fault and accompanying  photos and/or video
  • Warranty claims are entitled for a replacement product, store credit, or full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email returns@made-evident.com. Include in your request the original order number and short description detailing the fault with your product. Please include photos of any visible faults.
  2. Follow steps provided in the responding email.

Additional Information:

  • Claims may take up to 7 working days to process upon receiving returned goods.
  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
  • Lost in transit goods are not accepted. Please use courier tracking
